BloxForge AI is operated by Georgii Mishchenko, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: mishchenko.george@gmail.com. "We" and "us" mean the operator; "you" means the account holder.

Creating an account, or using the dashboard or the plugin, means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

We may change these terms as the product changes. The date at the top shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. We will tell account holders by email about a change that materially reduces their rights.

You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and must be the person who pays.

While the service is in closed beta, an invitation code is required. Codes are personal and must not be resold.

You are responsible for your password, your license key and everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.

Do not create extra accounts to obtain more free credits or to get around a suspension.

The service plans games, generates Luau scripts and builds worlds inside your own Roblox place. Output is produced by AI and is not guaranteed to be complete, bug-free, balanced or fit for publication.

Test and read what is generated before you publish anything to Roblox. You are responsible for the game you publish.

Features may change, break or be withdrawn while the product is in development. We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access.

Worlds are assembled from Roblox catalog assets belonging to their creators. Your use of them is also governed by Roblox's terms and the asset creator's rights.

You own the games you make, including the generated scripts, subject to third-party rights, Roblox policies and any assets you supply.

The service itself — the site, the dashboard, the plugin, our pipelines, our asset library and our prompts — remains ours. Nothing here transfers it to you.

You keep ownership of what you type in. You grant us the right to process it to run the service, to keep it as part of your project, and to investigate abuse.

The same idea may produce similar output for different users. Generated output is not exclusive to you.

Family-friendly only. Whichever is stricter — Roblox's community standards or our AI providers' policies — applies. No sexual content, harassment, hate, gambling, real-world violence, or content targeting a real person.

Do not attempt to extract our prompts or API keys, resell access, automate the service beyond ordinary use, break our rate limits, or use it to generate malicious code.

Using the plugin means following Roblox's Terms of Use. We are not affiliated with Roblox Corporation.

We may refuse a request, suspend generation or close an account that breaks these rules. Serious or repeated breaches forfeit unused credits.

Credits are bought in one-off packs through Stripe; we never see your card number. There is no recurring charge and nothing renews on its own.

Credits are the unit of usage. Bought credits do not expire while your account is open. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable or redeemable for money.

Work is quoted before it runs. Failed generation is refunded in credits automatically. Credits spent on work that completed are not refundable.

Cancel any time from your account. Access and the current allowance run to the end of the paid period. We do not pro-rate part months.

We may change prices with notice by email; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that generated code is error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular game.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost data, lost Robux or revenue, or damage caused by generated output. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it.

You are responsible for backing up your Roblox places before applying a large update, and for the game you publish.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.

Close your account at any time by writing to us. Ask and we will delete your account data, as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms, for non-payment, or if we stop offering the service. If we stop offering it, we will give notice and refund the unused part of a paid period.

Ownership, liability limits and governing law continue to apply after the agreement ends.
